National Indigenous Economic Development Board Celebrates Chief Terrance Paul’s Success
The National Indigenous Economic Development Board (NIEDB) welcomes news that the Public Policy Forum’s 34th Annual Testimonial Dinner & Awards ceremony is honouring Chief Terrance Paul and his many outstanding accomplishments as Chief and CEO of Membertou First Nation.
I would like to thank the Public Policy Forum for this honour, in particular as it helps shine a light on my community of Membertou.
One of our greatest pillars in Membertou is the education of our people, all our people … and I feel that the acquisition (of Clearwater) helps our children to think better about the future, and that they do have a future.
